We will explain to you why we are looking at certain items and also explain how these items work. Hopefully by the end of the inspection we have educated you on all aspects of the inspection and eased the stress of the purchase.
ASHI CODE OF ETHICS & STANDARDS OF PRACTICE
Developed to assist buyers & sellers in making informed real estate decisions, the "Standards of Practice" guide our inspectors in the performance of the inspection. ASHI's Code of Ethics is the base for the home inspector's responsibility to fair and professional inspections without conflict of interest.
